service policy

Deposits:

A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This deposit goes towards your service and is non-refundable. A valid card on file is required to book & hold appointments. You're card will only be charged in the event of a late-cancellation, no-show, or according to booking policies.

 

Before your service:

We kindly ask you to arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment to get checked in and complete any required forms prior to your service.

Late Arrivals:

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

​

Cancellations & Rescheduling:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows may be charged 100% of the service cost.

Refunds:

Due to the nature of professional skincare services, refunds are not offered on completed treatments. If you have any concerns after your service, please reach out- I'm always happy to support your skin journey.

Skin Safety:

Your skin's health is always the priority. Some treatments such as chemical peels, advanced exfoliation, or waxing may need to be adjusted or postponed depending on:

​

-Active breakouts or irritation

-Recent sun exposure

-Current skincare ingredients (retinoids)

-Medications or medical conditions

​

If a treatment is not safe to perform, an alternative service will be offered. 

​

Right to refuse service:

I reserve the right to refuse a service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or if policies are not respected.
